Located in the Vesuvius National Park on the slopes of Mount Somma, surrounded by its estate of lush Mediterranean vegetation and cultivated land with fruit trees, vines and cherry tomatoes of Vesuvius, “Latteria Vesuviana” dairy, run by brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Amodio with his father Enrico, he uses a craft process according to the ancient traditions that are derived from their origins as milk producers.
